little red umbrella
I find this red Gerbera Daisy so refreshing today, a grey day in my neighborhood. Red, the color of love and passion, is hard to photograph on any flower, but beautifully accomplished on this daisy. The details and the focus are wonderful, also, and so are the words. This Gerbera Daisy seems to carry a promise of a great New Year and a wonderful Spring and we are pleased to feature it. Thank you, Peggy.

The Colosseum is breathtaking day or night, no matter the season. However, this spectacular view and photo of the ancient ruins cannot easily be surpassed, I believe. I am delighted to see these ruins in the glorious lights and also illuminated by the tree lights. I am pleased that you in your studies took time to photograph this and post it for us to see.

Tender loving care!
A mother’s love is powerful and to me this image symbolizes true mother’s love. I love the protective, yet alert expression in this mother’s eyes. I also love the relaxed, comforted position of her baby and it’s sweet contented expression. This powerful black and white photo underscores the strength of the love of motherhood in all creatures, large and small, the photo is magnificient, in my humble opinion.

Out Our Back Door

Rippling through layer upon layer
I love great landscape photos and my eyes just would not let go of this one. I love seeing the blue water reflecting the colors from the sky. The rocks below the water are just amazing, leading through the image. The graduated blue in both directions starting at the horizon, is perfect, I think. Besides, it’s back to being grey here where I live.
